WIRPIC provides digital photo restoration and enhancement services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final except as described in this policy.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products

All products sold on WIRPIC are digital services and are delivered electronically. As a result, returns are not applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase only if:

  • The service was not delivered, or
  • The delivered service is significantly different from the description on our website, or
  • A technical error occurred that prevents proper delivery and cannot be resolved.
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • The customer is dissatisfied due to personal preference or subjective expectations,
  • The issue is caused by incomplete, incorrect, or poor-quality files provided by the customer,
  • The customer fails to respond to required communications needed to complete the service.

Revisions

Before issuing a refund, WIRPIC may offer a revision or correction of the service.
If the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable revisions, a refund may be approved.
